OPEN PLAY FAQs
Q: How old does
my child have to be to play at Play All Day?
A: Play All Day is
a play center that caters to children up to
age 10 (non-walking children and adults are
admitted free). Our inflatables are
designated for children age 4-10. One bounce
house is designated for 3 and under. In
addition, we have a play area appropriate
for 3 and under.
Q: What is
required for me to enter the Play All Day
facility for Open Play?
A: There is an
admission fee and everyone that is playing
in the play area is required to wear socks.
A parent or guardian will need to sign in
for the day and a waiver is required for
insurance purposes.
Q: Does Play
All Day offer a child drop-off service?
A: No, we do not
offer any childcare services. Children
admitted to Play All Day must be accompanied
by a supervising adult (due to insurance
restrictions a supervising adult is 16 and
up).
Q: Can I bring
my own food into Play All Day?
A: Play All Day
has a large selection of snacks and drinks
available for purchase. However, if your
child requires a special snack, you may
bring that item in for your use. If you
purchase a birthday party package, you may
bring birthday cakes/cupcakes/pizza etc. for
consumption in our birthday bash rooms. All
food and drinks must be consumed in the
designated areas.
Q: Do you offer
any admission discount rates?
A: Yes. We sell a
Play All Day Card that offers $1.50 off each
full-price admission, which is the
equivalent of a 25% discount. A Play All Day
Card is 10 prepaid admissions for a total of
just $55.00 and does not expire. Even if it
takes you a year to use all 10 visits, you
still save a total of $15.
Q: Do you offer
group rates?
A: Play All Day
appreciates the opportunity to cater to the
special requests of school and church
outings, sports group celebrations,
corporate functions and fundraisers. Please

PARTY FAQs
Q: How many
guests can I invite?
A: This will
depend on which party package you have
purchased. Please check your customer form
sheet or the parties page on the website.
Q: Can you
invite more party guests then the package
allows?
A: Yes, there is
an additional fee of $10 each. Other rate
accommodations can be made for older or
younger siblings with minimal party
participation. Call to inquire.
Q: If I invite
fewer kids than my package will allow, or if
fewer children show up for the party then
the count of the package, do I receive a
discount?
A: Unfortunately
not. Party prices are based primarily on the
cost of renting the party rooms and labor
for set-up and cleaning of the party areas.
Q: Can I bring
in my own food for scheduled birthday
parties?
A: Yes. However,
you must also bring in your own serving
products for the food (ie. plates, forks,
etc.) No banquets or buffet style dinners
are allowed in the facility.
Q: Will there
be someone to help with my party as well as
clean up after the party?
A: Yes, a Play All
Day party host will facilitate the fun with:
• Party room setup
before you arrive and clean up after you
leave.
• Watching the play floor to ensure
safe-play behavior and maximize fun.
• Supervision of an orderly balloon
selection at the end of the party time.
Q: Can I
provide alcohol for the adults?
A: No alcohol is
allowed at the Play All Day facility.
Q: Are parents
allowed to play on the equipment?
A: We only allow
parents to help their younger children
through the inflatables, parents are not
allowed to play on the equipment for safety
reasons and because this is a set up to be a
children’s play area.
Q: How early
should I arrive before my party?
A: Out of courtesy
to your guests, we ask you to arrive 10
minutes early so can greet your guests.
Arriving any earlier will not be beneficial
since Play All Day parties are scheduled as
appointments. Children will be excited so
having them wait will cause frustration for
both parents and children. It is also
important to make sure you are ready to
depart at the scheduled time. We pride
ourselves on providing a clean party area
and any delays may make it difficult to
transition from one party to the next party.
Q: Do I have
time at the end of my party to depart the
facility?
A: You will have
10 minutes after your schedule end time to
depart the facility. If you take more than
10 minutes, there will be an additional $10
charge for every 5 minutes. We need to be
able to get the next party in on-time so
they may enjoy their time in the facility as
you enjoyed your time in the facility.
Q: Does each
party guest need a signed a waiver?
A: YES, for
birthday parties, waivers will need to be
signed if the parent is not bringing the
child to the party.
Q: What else
should I bring to my party?
A: SOCKS. In the
new facility, every child and adult who
enters the play floor must take off their
shoes and must wear socks (for sanitation
and floor protection). There will be NO
EXCEPTIONS to this rule. If a child or adult
forgets his/her socks, Play All Day sells
them for $1.00 a piece and they are new
socks that have not been worn before.
Q: Are the
parents of each invited child required to
attend the party?
A: No. However,
the adult party host is responsible for
supervising and monitoring the safety and
play of all the children at the party who do
not have a parent/guardian present. Thus, we
strongly suggest the party host ensures that
at least 3 adults to every 15 children be
present for the duration of the party to
assist with child supervision.
DEPOSITS &
RESERVATIONS: A 50% deposit is required to
place your party reservation.
To avoid
additional charges, if you need to
reschedule your party for any reason, it
must be done within 30 days of the original
party date. If you reschedule more than one
time, there will be a $30 change fee. After
the 30 days reschedule period, you forfeit
your deposit and you must schedule a new
party with a new deposit. Remember your
deposit is not refundable up to a month
prior to your party. The balance of your
party must be paid before leaving the
facility and if you do leave without paying
the balance you will be turned over to
collections and you will only be allowed
schedule a party again that is paid in full
and you have a credit card on file with us
for any additional party guests that attend
your party. Once you have paid your deposit,
you agree to the terms that have been laid
out in your customer form, that you receive
at the time you schedule your party.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK THE EMPLOYEES FOR
EXCEPTIONS AS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE
